My sister's husband have 2 shops near my house. I don't have any power of attorney of these shops despite of that I followed my sister's husband's instructions and locked one shop which is rented to barber and barber hasn't paid any rental installment from last four months. Today police called me and arrest me for lockdown shop and making unnecessary hurdles. And they have taken 5000 rupees to relieve me. Can I file complaint for this?
