My son's name in S SC and HSC ,ie 10th. and 12th. Certificate name is different from the name in the Birth Certificate.We want his Birth Certificate name to be modified as his School Certificate name.Please let me know the procedure.Place of Birth is Kannur dist, Education in Gujarath and Rajasthan. Grarduation in Engg in Maharashtra.
