My S.T.O. is insisting on LR for all my sales out of Maharashtra
My S.T.O. is insisting on LR for all my sales out of Maharashtra inspite of my having submitted the necessary C forms from my buyers.
Are the C forms not proof enough that I have sold the goods out of Maharashtra? He is now threatening me with a huge penalty and interest on tax due as he will treat this as Local sales and charge me full tax on my sales.... Just because I don't have the LR's anymore.
What should I do ?
