My wife got birth a baby (female) at Krishna hospital Visakhapatnam on 20/6/2011. but we have not collectected the birth certificate of the baby yet due to illiness of the baby. now our baby suffering from liver diseas and needs liver transplatation and the authority requires birth certificate of the baby. so you are requested to kindly help me and suggest me how to get the birth certificate of the baby at earliest so that we can save her lfe.
