My wife is from West Bengal, Kalimpong. She did FIR 498A against me.
However she realised her mistake and she is back with me. And we are happy.
now Police has also been informed about the matter that my wife has come back to my matrimonial home and has also submitted the affidavit to take back the case. But now the Police at Kalimlpong are getting greedy and to make final closure report asking bribe .
What to do. kindly show me the right path.
