Though the PRO of BWSSB mentions during the telecon it is not required, the area engineers insists and is it not a cumbersome process when bank sealed challan is submitted. Will BWSSB clarify on this? Also the BWSSB does not accept the new connection applications directly as against what is shown in their Sakala application. Hope BWSSB higher officials would clarify in order to get more people covered to get water connection. Only request to BWSSB is against the receipt of applications,, the connection need to be given to the residential buildings and all the expenses as fixed in the application need to be billed along with first bill to that building. This would curtail the collection of illegal money by unscrupulous agents to distribute to the BWSSB staff.
