I have sent a consignment of excess baggage from a foreign country to Bangalore. The agent at Bangalore V/S Globelink WW India Pvt Ltd gave me a delivery order and a copy of the bill of lading, which I had to take to the **********. Here on presenting all my documents, I get called out by one of the officers and clearing agent who discreetly asks me for a huge sum of money (Rs 5000) so that the superintendent clears my shipment and gets it discharged. I need to visit them again tomorrow to finish further paperwork and "negotiate". I would appreciate any help and/or advice in this regard.
