One real estate agent agreed to sell my site for 19 lakhs he said
One real estate agent agreed to sell my site for 19 lakhs he said he would give advance of Rs. 8 lakhs. He paid Rs. 5000/- but I did not sign any documents for this amount. He took copies of the site for verification.
Later on he was not able to give the advance amount I had asked, but was willing to give 5 lakhs only, for which I did not agree. Now another agent has approached me .
Can the first agent create any problem I sell it to the second agent.
