Police lodged fake case against govt. servant. He demanded money when she denied it he arrested her. the govt. servant is alone. she has only one little child. they together lived. No one lived with them. police officer's behaviour is very rude against the minor child and also his mother. when he arrested his mother he has taken all the things from her. she requested again n again to call her relative for his child or lawyer but he denied. he abused her beaten her. His target is only her service.He threatened her that u lose ur service definately. he molest her.
without mother the child is on road. He is totally alone. He doesnt know where is her mother. after 3 days his mother is released on bail. all this happened purposefully. Police officer also published news in the local newspaper puposefully. He did it all bcoz the applicant is his friend. Now I am released, I am with my child. But me and my child harassed too much. He lodged the case for money landing and also 352. I am innocent. Me and my child's life is very budgeted, calculated. my child is dependent on my service. I have only 1 rk flat on HDFC loan. I havent any property. The case is totally fake. We harassed too much. He doesnt care about my child or his life. I want to lodge the complaint against police officer seriously. pls advise me
