Presently I am residing in Vadodara (Gujarat). I am having valid Driving Licence from RTO Bareilly valid up to July 2017. I am Leaving for UK For six months and will come back in October 2017 I am 66+ and wish to know that :

1. How many months before /after I can get my Driving License renewed

2. Weather it can be renewed in Vadodara (Gujarat) or not if yes what is the online procedure.
