I agree. Corruption takes place in many different forms. While we are vying towards systemic change, we hope that the citizens themselves will learn to stay away from bribe paying and taking. Corruption exists wherever there is human interface. We hope that every individual learns to morally hold ground. This, coupled with systemic change would definitely end corruption. I know it seems like a Utopian concept! But systemic change is something we can achieve especially with the help of technology and innovation.
