RE: AGRICULTURIST CERTIFICATE
DEAR SIR/SIRS,
I belong to an agriculturist family. We are 5 brothers and 2 sisters.After our father's demise my two sisters and three (incl myself) of the 5 brothers gave up our property rights to the remaining two brothers to carry on the family business.
Now ,I need a certificate declaring that I belong to an agriculturist family. This is only for record and purchase of agricultural land in future.....
On 28February 2014, at Ankola Uttara kannada district pin code 581314. On approaching the tehsildar,he directed me to apply for the agriculturist certificate to the concerned department, after verifying the docments.
The same day at14:28:53 I submitted my application and received a computerised receipt bearing number :RD0038007005128 .I also recd an SMS at16:57 fromTD-RDSNDK saying the application has been accepted....
I was told that I would receive the certificate within 7 days ...However ,on enquiring today,10 March,2014 at 16:25 the Sirasdar Mr.M.M.Naik has responded saying "It is not possible".
....However my other brothers have received the same ...Why should I be deprived of this genuine identity ... I am also one of the 5 legitimate sons of an agriculturist father....
my genealogical tree has been submitted too and was approved by the concerned revenue department while submitting the application.....Please help!
