Recently my parents passed away leaving a house for my brother and me through a will.
As brothers we have decided to get the documents changed to our names through BBMP. But I have heard that lot of bribe is involved just for the case of transfer of property from parents to children in this case us. How can I avoid paying a bribe? I have heard that if we don't pay it will take a lifetime for the work to get done.
