Recently we got OC for our building but not got water connection from...
Recently we got OC for our building but not got water connection from MBMC. builder forcing us to take handover of socity. as per builder MBMC is not giving new water connection from last 2 years and there is no hope in near time. he asked us to go court to get water connection. connection is not his duty.
Please suggest some way...
