Registration of New Flat
I would like to understand details on procedure and documents needed for registration on my under construction flat. The reason for that is that builder asked for 2 DD in favour of registrar and stamp duty which is understand. In addition to this they are asking to carry Rs. 4,000 in cash which they aren't explaining clearly.
