I'm ajeet singh patel staying in adiga home (pg) N S palya btm 2nd stage banglore Its a shared accomodation .My roomate Srivatsa.KB has borrowed my laptop for( 2 days) for his presentation on 22/03/2014 and did not return it back. When asked about the laptop he said, he will return in back in a week again and again, but he never returned it till now. Now (09/06/14)he is saying that the laptop has been stolen.when i asked to Mr. Srivatsa for FIR copy of stolen laptop then he said to me i have FIR copy i will give it to you but now (16/6/14) he is saying to me i have not registered the police complaint for stolen laptop and i have no FIR copy of stolen laptop.Now (24/06/14) i went to mr. srivatsa village and local area police station for police complaint, where mr. srivatsa meet to me and their he give information of my laptop that he given my laptop to his friend laxmipatty ,laxmipatty take my laptop from srivatsa and put laptop in finance 10000Rs(for period 18/4/14to25/4/14)to his friend,till now my laptop is their and mr. srivatsa take a month time from me to return my laptop to mein local area police station.i wants to know what should i do against mr. srivatsa
