I am working as chief controller in operting dept of SECR/BILASPUR.My grievance is to focus on Ex-cadre post misutilisation by the administration.Sir i am the victim since two years.I am selected for safety counsellor dt 01/9/2016 vide o.m.NG/361/2016 on EX-CADRE,in safety dept of HQS office against the three posts which were lying vaccant and the people are working already 10years in these posts for which the suitability was done.So far i am not released.Several times i met concerned offivials for the same.Earlier i was suitable for safety counsellor in division/bsp for shahdol vide office D.P.B no /464/2014 dted 19/5/2014. I was not released and my panel was cancelled after one year by the administration without my refusal.
Sir, it is reitierated that the tenure of ex-cadre is 3+1 years.In bilaspur hq/division about 07 contollers are working in the post in different depts. more than 5-10 years through selection and office order no..How and why the administration is not channelised the same properly.Sir,this is the smell of corruption.I want the justification for which the selection for ex-cadre posts will be judiciously and replaced timely.
