Sir, I am having property in BBMP limits area 2360 sqft and I am having A khata in my name for the entire 2360 sqft.
Further I have gifted 620 sqft area to my brother. He got his khata in his name.
Now how to get my khata changed from 2360sqft to 1740 sqft area.
What is the procedure and approximate cost for that...
