Sir, I am planning to transfer My Two Wheeler from Aluva Railway

Sir,

I am planning to transfer My Two Wheeler from Aluva Railway Station to Chennai Central Railway Station viz Train as I am working here in chennai.
Since I am not getting leave, Please suggest me whether My Father or a Friend can send the same from my home town by showing Original RC Book/ Copy of RC Book & Insurance copy. Whether from Chennai Central station, I can Collect the same by showing my Election ID Card/ Aadhar Card. Please reply at the earliest.
