1. That Saturday 11th march at about 7:15 -7:30 when I was going to my home there was traffic jam in mubarikpur and all the vehicle was gone at line one by one but suddenly a car bearing no. PB 08 AM 0585 coming outside from wrong side and stand in front of my car and thereafter he back the car I played the car horn and also have dipped to him but driver did not stop his car and for his negligence he destroy my car's front side.
2. That it is therefore requested to you please lodge the FIR against the vehicle driver.
