Sir, I had applied for issue of birth certificate on 7th December
Sir,
I had applied for issue of birth certificate on 7th December 2016. It has been forwarded by BDO, SDO and finally reached Panchayat Sewak. It is with him till present date. It is been 40 days now and I haven't received birth certificate yet. I want to apply for RTI but I don't know in whose name should I apply that. I don't get any satisfactory information from jharkhand government site. My resident comes under Lesliganj block(Tehsil). Please help me.
