Sir, I had bought an apartment of 2BHK in Bangalore for which the registration was not done before. I bought this around 7 or 8 years back from the owner of the apartment. It belonged to a company and it was handed over to the the apartment association. Few days back President of the apartment association called me and told that I need to register my apartment.
1. I would like to know what all the documents needed and I should check before registration of my apartment.
