Sir, I have a bought 10 cents of land (480 sq yards) from a farmer
Sir,
I have a bought 10 cents of land (480 sq yards) from a farmer and is registered in my name. I want to build a house in the land bought. Now municipality authorities told me that as the land is in agriculture category, i need to convert into Non- Agriculture. But the problem is i did not update the revenue records as i bought the land and registered in sq yds as the Revenue department refused to mutate land bought and registered in sq yards. Hence, how can i convert my land to non-agriculture? Please advice.
