Sir, I have a Driving Licence got issued by RTO, Sheik Sarai, N.Delhi (South Zone),
now I have permanently shifted to Mangalore. I want to change the Residential Address in my Driving License and also for renewal in future, please let me know the procedure and what are the document I needed for this purpose.
