Sir,
I have taken home loan from SBI.
What documents are mandatory to take from BANK for future in case of any issue?
Bank have provided me Loan Aggrement and List of property documents submitted by me on SBI letter Head. But In List of Property Documents they have mentioned only 8-10 documents while i have submitted file of property documents of 54 documents. On asking about this to Home loan In-charge replied that bank can mentioned only mandatory documents and banks cant mentioned all 54 documents but bank will keep all 54 documents. Then asked them to at-least write on bottom that they have received complete set of 54 documents and all are safe in bank . But he denied for it by saying that banks have millions of customer and millions of properties documents and bank can't provide this.
Please guide whether i can get this information or not?
If yes please guide me how ?
Can i Use RTI for same and how? under which section of RTI i can get this information?
