Sir,
I have a tamil nadu licence of both two wheeler and car, that expires on 05.10.14, but I have settled down in Bangalore I have address proof and ID proof, is it possible to renew the licence in local RTO or I have to renew at the tamil nadu only. so kindly give the advice. expecting early reply.
