Sir, I lost my mobile phone on 10/04/2018, in bus travelling from kolhapur to jyotiba (Maharashtra state). In jyotiba, police written down my the details, but since I did not had bill of mobile while travelling, FIR not lodged.
Now I am at my home Dharwad, I have bill with me. I request you to guide me where should I lodge my complaint of my lost mobile phone, Kollhapur or my home town Dharwad?
