I obtained c form for little less amount than actual invoice
i.e actual invoice amt is 490616/-and c form obtained for only rs 484773/-
actualy Rs 5843/- less than the actual invoice and gave it to supplier .
now he says I will have to give the revised c form or else to pay the entire tax amt with penalty.
kindly inform what is the procedure for getting the revised c form.
