my name is P.SRI LAKSHMI my residential address at darsi, prakasam dt, andhra pradesh state . i paid conversion fees of 9 % on market value of RS 72,60,000 /- which is given by Sub-Register office, Darsi . my doubt is actually i registered document on agricultural land with market of Rs 4,00,000 /- . here i paid conversion fees on Rs 72,60,000 /- . for which market value i pay the conversion fees. and also after paying the conversion fees i started construction in my site then the revenue authorities stopped the construction and said that to pay the penalty of 4.5 % on market value of Rs 72,60,000 /- . so please give me any suggestions to solve this problem
