Sir, regarding the development of our Famous goddess Sri Sri Majhighariani Temple, Rayagada, has no own land and situated in the land of East Coast Railway, Visakhapatnam Zone, as the floating of the devotees is very high and there is no proper amenities for the devotees who come from various states, most of the devotees come from Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chattisgardh, Tamil Nadu. Hence, the Endowment Commissioner is not interested to grant any funds for the development of the Temple amenities due to the trust or temple has no own land, regarding this issue we want to have a leased land of the East Coast railway as the land is left underutilized. In this regard we want to file as PIL in the High Court of Odisha, to have leased land or purchase the land from East Coast Railway for the development of the amenities.
