Sir, We are owners of agricultural land in Vill VEVAJI taluka Talasari Dist PALGHAR. AS I understand the land falls under D zone and there was news that there is simplification of sect 44 of land conversion act.Only simple application is required and no other documents are needed except a certificate from Municpal Corporation. The procedure for areas which fall out of municipal area has not been specified.No forms are mentioned. Please le me know the procedure for conversion under new rules.
