Along with the personal driving licence of the driver and the RC book of the vehicle,&nbsp; you must carry the insurance papers and a valid &lsquo;emission under control&rsquo; certificate also. If you operate a commercial vehicle, the valid permit which enables you to operate in a particular area must also be carried.</p>
