Sir, when i was in delhi, i was taken a driving licence, but now i m living in kurnool, andhra pradesh, permanently, now i wish to transfer my DL from delhi to kurnool, it not possible to me to go to delhi for this perpous, is there any provision to transfer my DL from delhi to kurnool
