Sir,l am Gaddam Ayyappa Reddy from lingampally(village)manchal(mandal) RR.Dist.lam physically handicapped student ,l received sadarem certificate in 2010 but re assessment of this case is left empty. I am going to vanasalipuram govt hospital every Friday to sadarem camp. They are not responding to me,to keep gravince only correction in name,age,date of birth,are providing. re asemment option not comming sir, so please provide solutions sir,thanking you.
