This is regarding issue of C form in favour of Outside firm. M//s. N.K. Gossain Pvt Printing Press, Kolkata was issued work order for Printing and supply of 35,00,000 lakhs No. of Colour Booklet @ 12.81 per each Booklet from Govt.Press for free distribution. The said printer have raised Bill CST 5% against the booklet.
You are therefore requested please give your suggestion as we may issue C form to the above printer for concessional tax from CST 5% to 2% for supply of the above colour Booklet.
