Sir,my house is located beside a busy state highway.Now a days ,most of the vehicles, even bikes are using Air horn.Regarding private buses, they are using it without any restriction.To my knowledge Air horn is banned in our state.But the Motor vehicle department is not at all concerned about the problem.This noise pollution is taking toll on our health.Can i move a PIL?Kindly give me some advise.
