With reference to the above subject I request your good officer to transfer my EPF Account balance held with m/s Kajaria ceramics limited a-27-30 industrial area Sikandrabad Distt-Bulandshahr (U.P)

Further I hereby inform you that I worked in m/s Kajaria ceramics limited from 01.04.1994 to 31.01.2009after that I have join with silica ceramica private limited from 20 jan2013 to continuing my services
However as per records of my previous employer date of relieving is shown as 31.01.2009
I request you to consider that date s appropriately and do the need full my transfer ring my EPF account from my previous employer to the present employer as mentioned above.
