Temprorary registration of my vehicle failed one month ago. Now they are asking for NCRB report from S.P office. Now the sp office authority wants to send the document to main centre guwahati without any valid reason. And they are asking me for bribe. I want to know if it is necessary to send it to the hq . The vehicle is owned by me, I want to know after purchase how many months I have for registration. Please reply
