The Market value (GOVT. rate) is already in Square Yards. Normally
The Market value (GOVT. rate) is already in Square Yards. Normally the agriculrural land rates will be in Acres/Cents. The subject land rate in the revenue records are shown in Sq. yards and still in the form of Agriculture land only
Since the NALA fess are to paid based on the land rate, for conversion of this land to Non agriculture, we need to pay huge amount being the value is more.
It is understood from some sources that there is a GO wherein, there is no necessity to pay any charges since it was already in Sq. yards rate instead of Acres. we are unable to get the GO No. and details. When approached concerned MRO, we were informed that they are not having rthe GO available with them. Please can you clarify.
