The police are not filing the FIR.
They asking in what date and time exactly it was lost.
What dress you weared on that day .
Why you didn't file the complaint immediately after losing the RC .
They asking -You said it was lost during train journey , so we cannot file your FIR .So go to the railway police station and ask them. When I approached railway police station they said what evidence you have- that you have carried at the time of journey. Furthur they said we hitherto didn't filed a single complaint like this ,so we can't file your complaint
After so many of years of independence the fucking bureaucrats are not able to assign a FORM or FORMAT for Filing FIR or FORMAT of questions what to ASK the pepole.
Every complaint should to recieve and to issue docket number for recieving. And should give written reply regarding the issue . Fucking mouth reply is not tolaretable.
