There are indiscriminate encroachment in the natural habitat of endangered Ladakh-Urial species because of which the killing of the animal is on the rise. Last year there were poachers caught n FIR also lodged but nothing came out of it. How to file PIL to stop the construction in the area which is posing a threat to the wild animals?
