There is some problem in my birth certificate. The problem is that in my marks sheet of 10th class my mother and father surnames are written. But in my birth certificate both don't have surname. And the main problem is that in any of their id proof (Aadhaar card, pan card, voter id, Rashan card) they don't have their surnames. So please tell me what is the procedure to add my mummy papa surname in my birth certificate.
