At the time my son was born, I was working in Heavy Engineering Corpn. Ltd. (a govt of India undertaking). My son was born in Dhurva Ranchi 4 in the undertaking hospital. I have got his birth certificate from H.E.C. Hospital. His educational certificate have the date of birth in them but when he applied for the passport, the authorities do not accept the date of birth. How do I get this certificate for him and to whom should I write and apply? Please help and guide me.
