I want to know the process before blaming any one how to transfer of vehicle registration on transfer
i have NOC (NO objection certificate) but i am not sure how long it is valid. i took in oct 2011 but after getting transfer i travel abroad and returning on Jan 2013.
i will renew my bike insurance in couple of days after servicing as they need to see bike in case insurance is expire.
what is the next step to obtain new registration No for pune

There is no validity period for NOC mentioned in the Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989. You may, therefore, approach Registering Authority, Pune with requisite documents for assignment of new registration number. You may explain the reasons for delay in filing requisition for assignment of new registration number to the Registering Authority
