In vasai court clerk always do harment to give case next date to complainant if you have never offered some amount
My 498a case is running in vasai court, My husband tried to settle down with me by giving 15 lac ,but i didnt accept the amount i only want true judgement in my case ********** tried to convince me...Now my husband using that amount against me **********, PP and even clerk is also now set with his amount .he never be present in court ********** never ask his lawyer to keep him or other member present in court not even PP ask ********** to tell them call them .********** never allow me to talk in my case matter ,PP & ********** purposefully trying to harass my witnesses.i cant see any way to come out .pls help me i am really too much harassed by these people.. pls help me
