We are buying Mobile Toilet unit from a Delhi based firm. The said firm has charged CST/VAT @ 13.75 %. Firm said that if we submit Form C, then 1% CST/VAT shall be charged. We are an agency (DRDA) funded by Centre and State Govt. Please guide whether we can file Form C or not.
