We are Neo foods Pvt Ltd located at Plot No 107,108,121 & 122 100% EOU KIADB 2nd stage industrial area , Antharasanahalli, Tumkur started operation in 2005, it is an agricultural produce industry. We use water on daily basis since it is a food industry water is one of the major ingredient, & also is required for cleaning. We require uninterrupted supply of water & in view of that we got verbal clearance from KIADB to dug the bore hole.
In a span of time that bore well dried up. In 2011 we gone for 1 more bore well & which is basically giving 30% of requirement. However during one of our audit it was identified that bore well extraction permit is not available.
Since it is a approved land pls suggest how to obtain the license for the existing bore well which is 5 years old.
