We are trying to get our society name on our 7/12 extract.Our society is 25 years old.We have our conveyance deed too.Want to know if out of all the requirements asked by Talathi,only one requirement is not being able to fulfill lie death certificate of a person,then who is the competent authority,who clears the matter.In such cases only people tend to bribe,which we are against it.Please guide us.
