If you want to sell the house, you will need to wait for Akrama Sakrama. Till then, it is unlikely that you are going to get any buyer, because you do not have an A Khata. The risk is of the buyer, in such cases. Banks also might like to take a case by case approach for lending money for such sales.

We bought this revenue/gram panchayat land in shreyas colony JP nagar 7 phase with grampanchayat khata (layout was developed with 60sites) around 13 years back, constructed around 7 years back (loan thru SCB, non dc converted layout.) Titles are clear Now this comes under BBMP, betterment still not collected hence we do not have revised khata (not dc converted layout) - awaiting akrama sakrama. The loan for construction was thru standard chartered which we cleared last year. (Query) 1) Now how do we sell the house (as we do not have revised khata from BBMP and the registration are also stalled ) 2)Does banks give loan to prospective buyers for such houses? 3) Any idea by when akrama sakrama will be implemented?
