We have 5 drivers in our private hospital .
Among them three are on contract 12 hrs duty &remaining 2 are regular pay roll with 8hrs duty .
our management wants keep one of the regular driver on 24 hrs on call duty wants to pay Rs450/day as allowance plus food bills if he goes out .
As a personnel manager i have been telling our management to favour someone pay him do not make a policy which is against the Mototransport Act 1961.
